Unobvious Luxury
In 2004, renowned Azerbaijani designer Fakhriya Khalafova presented her exclusive collection "Unobvious Luxury" at the High Fashion Week in Moscow. The collection featured 30 unique outfits in "prêt-à-porter" and "haute couture" styles, skillfully combining Azerbaijani national ornaments found in architecture, visual arts, and carpet weaving. Special attention was given to the color palette and fabric quality, adding distinctiveness to the collection. The show was accompanied by melodies from Azerbaijani composers and was received with great interest by both the audience and renowned couturiers.
